The hotel offers a beautiful French architectural style. Breakfast impressed me with variety. fresh omelets, warm tapiocas, and a lovely atmosphere with live piano music. Room comfort stood out, perfect for relaxation after busy days. However, the air conditioning system is peculiar and caused some inconvenience when it malfunctioned. I had to switch rooms at an odd hour, which felt unnecessary for a premium price. Both the cleanliness in my room and the swimming pool water could use improvement as I noticed dust and the pool water wasn't as fresh as expected. Despite that, the staff was generally supportive, even if some lacked sufficient English skills. A little more attention to room maintenance and training would elevate the experience here significantly.

The breathtaking glass ceiling ballroom restaurant with live piano music was a delightful experience that set this hotel apart.
I found the English language skills of some reception staff to be limited, which could be improved for an international hotel.
